2014 was a busy year for Irish Landmark Trust and your support helped us achieve a lot, thank you! We opened three new properties, we received several awards and accolades and we continue to engage in educational and preservation activities through our work.
We are delighted that it was possible to open the following new properties: Inchiquin House in County Clare (our second in the county) can sleep up to ten people. Kiln Wing, at the old Cornmill in Bushmills, caters for two and is our sixth in County Antrim. Knocknalosset House, which can sleep up to five people, is our first property in County Cavan and is the perfect base for keen anglers with all the lakes the county has to offer. If any of these properties appeal for a 2015 getaway then please don’t hesitate to contact Irene by phone +353 1 670 4733 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In 2014 our Northern Irish properties won an NITB award for best self catering accommodation. Our website, which was designed by Dublin agency Friday, was a finalist for a Web Award. The West Wing at Russborough House won the RIAI’s Best Conservation/Restoration Award.
Numerous guests have shared their Irish Landmark Trust experiences with us and we encourage you to please continue doing so, it is lovely to hear about celebrations and quiet getaways and to know that we are able to suit a range of tastes, preferences, gatherings and holidays.
