Clerical Assistant Required for Irish Landmark Trust

Job Title:
Clerical Assistant (initial 1 year contract)

Working hours:
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
A willingness to be flexible is essential.

Job location:
Irish Landmark Office on Top Floor, 11 Parnell Square, Dublin D01 ND60
(Please note this is a heritage building; there is no lift and 86 steps to the top floor, so unfortunately the job will not suit a physically disabled person)

Start date:
As soon as possible

Experience/skills required:
Experience of hotel / accommodation reservation systems essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Confident telephone manner
Good customer service skills
Multi-tasker with common sense, a genuine willingness to work hard and desire to gain valuable experience:  a ‘can do’ approach.

The job:
The successful candidate will, amongst other tasks, assist the current staff (Reservations / Marketing / Accounts / Property Management) in delivery of their individual jobs.

The successful candidate will, from time to time, be required to attend at Irish Landmark events and represent the organisation in a professional manner.
General tasks to be undertaken will include, but are not limited to, answering the phone; filing; maintaining office supplies; scanning and filing documents, post in and post out.

Other tasks may, from time to time, be assigned.
